  3. The operator's email contact address:
  4. The operator is the Administrator of your personal data concerning the data voluntarily provided on the website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Handling inquiries via the contact form
  6. The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then entered into the operator's systems.
    2. By storing cookies (so-called "cookies") on end-user devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function operates one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

3. Hosting

  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: Kylos Sp. z o.o.
  2. The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, keeps server-level logs. The logs may include:
    • resources specified by URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of request arrival,
    • time of response sending,
    • client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    • URL of the previously visited page (referer link) – if the transition to the website was made via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • IP address information,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through forms on the site,
    • information related to email communication directed to and sent by the operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • authorized employees and collaborators who use data to achieve the website’s purpose,
    • companies providing marketing services for the Administrator.

  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,

    • deletion,
    • restriction of processing,

  4. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, with the exception that the right to object cannot be exercised if there are legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the website.
  7. Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be carried out concerning you to provide services under a concluded contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection regulations, meaning we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

6. Administrator Logs

  1. Information about user behavior on the site may be subject to logging. These data are used for website administration purposes.

7. Important Marketing Techniques

  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s end device. Users can review and edit information related to their preferences collected by Google's advertising network using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered person is using the website. This relies on data for which Facebook is the administrator; the operator does not transfer any additional personal data. The service uses cookies on the user’s end device.
  3. The operator uses automation solutions for website operations regarding users, e.g., sending emails after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the operator.

8. Information about Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the end-user device for website usage. Cookies usually contain the website's name, storage duration, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and accessing them is the website operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the user's session (after logging in), so the user does not have to enter login credentials on every subpage;
    2. achieving goals specified in the "Important Marketing Techniques" section above.
  5. Within the Service, two primary types of cookies are used: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. Web browsing software (web browser) typically allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Service Users can change these settings. The web browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the help or documentation of the web browser.
  7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's websites.
  8. Cookies placed on the User's end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Service operator, particularly companies such as Google (Google Inc. based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc. based in the USA).
